To some extent, it is about a number. The exception would be professional athletes who's muscle mass makes the exception for them. I'm never going to be a professional athelete and I remain unconvinced that their increased size is not detrimental to them later in life. I'm not a linebacker. I don't have the muscle mass to attribute my weight to. I shouldn't weigh this much. Many studies show that slightly underweight people live a bunch longer. That's what my dad's pushing for. Me being underweight. Yeah, right. I just want to be in the "normal" range and then see how that feels. It's been so long since I was in that range. I'm tired of my body being in the way when I reach or bend.
